GUIDELINES FOR DROP OFF AND PICK UP OF YOUR DOG DUE TO COVID-19
If you or any member of your family are feeling sick, please do not enter the salon , we must reschedule your appointment, no exceptions.
Please arrive MINIMUM five to ten minutes before your scheduled appointment.
WE MUST RESPECT PHYSICAL DISTANCE
NEW GUIDELINES TO FOLLOW
- Please we ask that you arrive a minimum of five minutes before your appointment, in order to run things smoothly for everyone, now more than ever this is very important.
- Unless you have an appointment there are no walk ins.
- All dogs must be on a leash at all times, no exceptions.
- Only one person is to enter the salon to bring in and pick up the dog, this is only to pay so no more than 5 minutes.
- There will be a hand sanitizer station outside and inside for you to use before you come in and after you leave, please use it accordingly.
- For specific grooming request or discussions about special condition of your dog we ask you to let us know over the phone or will can discuss outside.
- Once the dog is ready, I will call you. Make sure you can pick up your dog withing 15 to 20 minutes latest. If this is not possible we can agree on the best time to come and pick up your pup. Once we start working on other dogs, we may not be able to serve you, you will have to come back.
- If you see a client inside please wait until that person has left before entering the salon.
- Nobody is allowed to stay inside, no exceptions.
- Once payment is complete and/or the next appointment booked, I will bring out your pup.
- We required 48 hours advance notice if you need to postponed or cancel your appointment. For no shows or last minute cancellations a full grooming fee will be added to your next appointment.
SANITIZING AND CLEANING PROCEDURES
It will now take longer to clean and disinfect the areas where dogs are groomed, so it is extremely important that you are on time dropping off and picking up your dog. If you are not able to do this please let me know and we have to make other arrangements or we may not be able to groom your dog at all.
For the safety of all our clients these new measures must be followed.
